Samples

Retailers located in NYC can request samples of products prior to purchase. We would love to stop by, say hello, and offer samples of our candles and wax melts at your shop. Outside of NYC, no worries. Simply email us at info@planetsis.co or DM us on IG @planetsisco for inquiries.

Pricing

A minimum of a $150 spend is required. There is no spending requirement to maintain an account with us. Prices are subject to change at anytime.

When will we receive our order?

Because our products are handmade in small batches, we have a 1-2 week processing time for large wholesale orders. As some products may not be available, we will try our best to fulfill within 1-2 weeks. If we need additional time, we will contact you directly by email. We appreciate your patience.

Delivery

We will deliver your wholesale order 3-4 days after our allotted processing time. Wholesale deliveries are exempt from the free shipping offer applied at checkout over $50. Shipping costs will apply to all wholesale orders and is calculated at the checkout page. Free local delivery in the NYC area within a 5 mile radius from Astoria, Queens is possible. Please email us for verification and steps on how we will handle your local delivery.

Cancellations

In order to cancel your current order, please email support@planetsis.co to cancel any pending orders within 24 hours of submission. 

Disclosure:

We currently do not offer private label products. Vendors should not remove any part of our products, including logos, labels, and packaging for reselling purposes. Planet Sis has the right to discontinue business with any business if this occurs.
