The processing time for our candle orders is 3-5 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been carefully packaged and prepared for delivery, you will receive a shipping notification along with a tracking number. Your tracking number will update within 24-48 hours. you can follow your tracking number and opt to receive updates to alert you of delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order up to 24 hours after submission. Simply email email@example.com with your order number and indicate in the subject line CANCEL MY ORDER within 24 hours after receiving your confirmation email.

How do you package my order?
Your delivery will come carefully packaged with eco-friendly materials including a cardboard box and just the right amount of paper tape we need to secure your products. Please do your part and recycle or repurpose!
Can I return my products?
Because of our unique small batch handcrafted process, we do not accept exchanges, returns or process refunds. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your products arrive damaged or defective, please submit an inquiry along with a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
